CORE offers a variety of additional support structures for the individual, aimed at maximizing the full potential of the child.
THESE STRUCTURES INCLUDE:
• RAVE-O being taught as part of the curriculum in the junior phase
• Social skills being taught and enhanced in the classroom setting
• Study skills being taught from an early age to maximise the child’s ability to learn.
WHAT IS RAVE-O?
• A one-of-a-kind, small group reading intervention program that targets reading challenges
• It is a unique cutting edge instruction that develops and explicitly connects every aspect of a word as it is
• Interactive, multisensory activities that enhance learners’ abilities to decode, read fluently, understand, remember, and enjoy what they read
• A program that inspires learners to gain renewed self-confidence in their learning and a new love of language
