Admissions

Thank you for taking interest in our school. Although we try and accommodate the enrolment of learners throughout the year, some of our classes are full. It is better to apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Where possible we will enrol the learner throughout the academic year.

In order to enrol your child at CORE, you will need to fill out an application form. The application form can be downloaded from this website. Alternatively please contact the school.

Conditions of enrolment

The completed Application Form should then be handed in at or mailed to the school. Please note – filling in the Application Form does not automatically imply your child’s acceptance. Together with your completed Application Form, please would you enclose the following:

One passport-size photograph of your child

The original birth certificate or valid passport of your child (the school administration office will make a copy)

A copy of his/her latest four / five school reports

A copy of latest assessments done

A copy of Parents’/Guardians’ Books of Life or valid passports

Assessment

A further assessment may be required. This will be discussed at the interview with the principal.

Acceptance deposit required to secure a place

A non refundable deposit of R10 000 will secure a place for your child at our school

Note: this deposit applies to an individual pupil ONLY, NOT to “families” or “siblings”

School fees are charged from the 1st of January every year.
